Guest Rooms
Six private guest rooms with three shared baths, are adjacent to the conference center. The rooms share a common area with couches and large dining table, as well as a small kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee and tea appliances (no stove). Free wireless high speed internet access in all rooms and common area of guest wing.

Main Conference Room
- $500 (4,000 sq. ft., wireless high speed internet access, audio/video options)
Dining Area
Epona Cantina seats 45 people. Resident Chef Art Donatelli and the Epona Cantina are available for all events at the ranch as well as off-site catering. Call Art directly for catering requests (520) 455-5818.
- $250 (700 sq. ft.—can be open to conference room for larger groups; wireless high speed internet access in dining room)
Gardner House
Original adobe ranch house—all or part. The Gardner House has a complete kitchen and two full bathrooms.
- $300 (entire house—up to 6 guests)
Other configurations available, such as:
- $125 (master suite)
- $75 (per person—2 twin beds)
- $100 (for the room)
- $75 (central fireplace room)
Covered horse arena
- $250 (80 x 40 ft., main arena, in front of conference and horse barns)
- $250, $75/hr. (electric fee for lights)
Outdoor horse arena
- $150 (no electricity—170 x 80 ft.)
Mesquite Corral
- $200 (approximately 1 acre, including round pens and work areas
Main horse barn
- $20 (7 x 7 ft. stalls—bedding/feed not included)
RV/Trailer Parking
- $25 (self-contained in designated areas; no hook-ups available)
Ranch (full facility)
- $1,200 (includes all outdoor facilities, conference and dining areas; excludes Gardner House and guest rooms)
